Roasted specialty coffee from farmer Mario Rodriguez, grown in the mountains of Honduras and processed using a natural method. The berries are dried in the cherry, giving them a sweet, rich and fruity taste. There are notes of tropical fruits, chocolate and a light berry acidity. Ideal for filter, alternative methods and espresso with a fruity profile.
