Costa – Rica Brunka

This fully washed SHB EP comes from the Brunca region, the youngest coffee micro-region in Costa Rica.

Ripe berries are picked by hand, de-pulped and washed between August and February. Then dried in the sun for about 7 days. Coffee grows at an altitude of about 1500 meters at an average temperature of 22 degrees Celsius.

These developments lead to light aromas and sweet coffee flavors that contribute to the round-bodied cup profile and pleasant acidity characteristic of Brunck.
