This Privacy Agreement is developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” and other regulatory acts of Ukrainian legislation that regulate legal relations related to the collection, processing, storage of personal data, as well as the right of citizens to non-interference in personal life and the right to self-expression.
Online store TM ‘Hipsters Coffee,’ caring about the development of relationships with customers and understanding the importance of ensuring the protection of your personal data, has prepared this Privacy Agreement (privacy policy) to address possible conflicts and misunderstandings, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Privacy Policy,’ and the terms of use of the website of the online store https://Hipsters.coffee, hereinafter referred to as the ‘website.’ Please read this page carefully, as the information presented on it is important for you as a user of the site.

1.1.4. Confidentiality of Personal Data – a mandatory requirement for the Administrator or any other person who has gained access to personal data not to disclose them without the consent of the subject of personal data or in the presence of another legal basis.
1.1.5. User of the Website of the Online Store TM “Hipsters Coffee” – a person who has access to the Website through the Internet and uses the Website of the online store.
1.1.6. Cookies – a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on a user’s computer, which a web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time an attempt is made to open a page of the corresponding site.
1.1.7. IP Address – a unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.
2.1. By using the website or purchasing products offered on the website, as well as answering necessary questions in the questionnaire during registration and/or purchase, the User confirms that they consent to the online store TM “Hipsters Coffee” and its authorized persons processing personal data. The User also confirms that they are of legal age.

1. The Internet store TM “Hipsters Coffee” uses the User’s personal information for the following purposes:
3.1.1. Identification of the User registered on the website of the Internet store for placing an order and/or concluding a distance sales contract with the Internet store TM “Hipsters Coffee.”
3.1.2. Providing the User with effective customer support.
3.1.3. Providing personalized services to the User.
3.1.4. Communication with the User, including sending messages, inquiries, and information related to the use of services, provision of services, as well as processing requests and applications from the User.
3.1.5. Improving the quality of Services, their usability, developing new Services, and offerings.
3.1.6. Providing information about products and services offered by TM “Hipsters Coffee,” information about promotional campaigns conducted by TM “Hipsters Coffee,” responding to requests, and fulfilling TM “Hipsters Coffee’s” obligations to consumers of goods and services.

The User agrees that the website administration has the right to transfer Personal Data to third parties, including courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s order placed on the website of the online store TM “Hipsters Coffee,” including the delivery of the Goods.
6.1. Users have the right to inquire at any time whether their Personal Data has been stored. They can contact the Website Administration to learn about the content and origin of their data, verify its accuracy, or request its supplementation, annulment, updating, or correction.
