Coffee Festival from June 17 to August 1, 2020, in Kyiv

On April 20 and 21, the Kyiv Coffee Festival vol.5 will take place in the capital. Art Factory Platforma Kyiv, 1 Belomorska Street. This festival will delight both coffee enthusiasts and experts participating in world-level championships. 'Those who adore lattes and those who only recognize alternatives come to us. We welcome guests who brew coffee in a Turkish pot at home and those who know the names of all the baristas in the city. Here, they prepare various coffees for different and unique tastes. The program includes 4 SCA Ukraine championships and 50 cool cafes. Within the Kyiv Coffee Festival, national championships of the 2019 season will be held in Latte Art, Coffee and Alcohol, Cezve, and Cup Tasting. The winners will represent Ukraine in Berlin at the World Championships. Latte Art Championship - competitions of patterns created with frothed milk and espresso. Coffee in Good Spirits - evaluation of author's drinks based on coffee and alcohol. Cezve Championship - a championship for traditional coffee preparation methods. The program includes classic and author's cezve. Cup Tasting Championship - competitions for taste receptors. In 8 minutes, participants find the 'correct' cup 8 times in a group of three. The winner is the one who does it faster and better than everyone else. Visitors can also enjoy a coffee lecture where professionals will share their experiences and secrets.
