Meet our mini craft project with chocolate using the bean-to-bar technology.
We begin our journey with beans sourced from Honduras, employing the FROM FARM TO BAR approach with Criollo and TRINITARIO varieties of high-quality cocoa beans.
Bean-to-bar is a chocolate-making technology that focuses on crafting chocolate from specially aromatic cocoa beans. It results in premium chocolate, similar to the concept of "single origin" in coffee, made from cocoa grown in a specific region with full traceability. This method allows the flavor and aroma of a particular cocoa variety to be fully expressed.
Currently, we present two types of chocolate: Dark 75% and Milk 40%. Try them out and experience the vibrant flavors and nuances of this extraordinary product."
